Jessica spent four years in the travel industry, at a global technology company, project managing and implementing technology with Fortune 500 companies around the world. She created the structure around the implementation process that is now in use throughout the company. She also helped to shape the customer service team and was able to introduce new standards that reduced the customer complaint ratio in the US.
Before that, she worked at a tutoring company for 10 years. It was here that she built the building blocks of her career. Over 10 years, some of her duties included hiring top-tier tutors, setting up new clients, dealing with issues as they came up, and introducing new technology in order to streamline many processes.
Jessica now uses her experience to help clients implement SPE processes and drive change.
