Mattie is our Event Coordinator and Assistant to Justin Roff-Marsh. If you are interested in talking with Justin or attending an event, chances are you will liaise with Mattie!

A Colorado native, Mattie brings a background of diverse work experience including restaurant management and event planning. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a resort management emphasis before joining the team at Ballistix in early 2019.

Mattie has a friendly demeanor and a passion for finding ways to make all the puzzle pieces fit together. Outside of work she enjoys camping, fishing, hanging out with her three dogs and husband.
