Before commencing work with Ballistix, Katrina worked for a leading national communications and technology provider experiencing rapid growth. Working across a number of divisions and products, Katrina was exposed to – and developed – ‘change management’ solutions for people working within an organization experiencing rapid change.
She now shares this expertise with her clients.
Katrina has a passion for building and implementing processes and procedures. Over the years she has implemented SPE within multiple divisions including customer support, channel management, estimating, inside sales and field sales. She has extensive experience across a range of industries in the public and private sectors including professional services, manufacturing, technology, printing, distribution and financial services.
