Daniel spent four years managing a busy call center prior to joining Ballistix. His responsibilities included building and optimizing the center’s tech as well as managing the sales and customer service staff with a strong focus on sales metrics and data analytics.
Before managing call centers, Daniel gained over 10 years of experience as a Sales Executive across multiple industries including Travel, Technology and Education. He was also involved in the successful launch of several start-up companies which taught him how to think on his feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
Daniel now uses his experience and unique skill set to help his clients drive change and build sales-focused cultures.
