Director of Engagements
Alina Pitman is the Engagement Lead at Ballistix. Alina first joined Ballistix as a SPE Consultant. Over the years she has worked on a broad variety of engagements, including manufacturing, distribution, finance, consulting, and SaaS. Her role now focuses on working with all Ballistix SPE Consultants to maximize client sales performance, satisfaction, and results.
A Chicago transplant, Alina has enjoyed success as a Senior Executive, Salesperson, and Sales Manager (in both Inside and Field Sales environments), Trainer, Project Manager, and Consultant. Her primary focus has been in sales strategy and optimization, process improvement and performance, and leadership. She has worked with all levels of the organization from front line sales and customer service to the boardroom. She has earned a reputation for her commitment to helping people and organizations identify, implement, and accomplish goals.
Alina’s strength is driving sales. She prides herself on ensuring that solutions are relevant and linked to the strategic imperatives of the organization to optimize desired results. Her delivery style is focused yet flexible to meet the unique needs of each client.
Alina is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Business with a concentration in Business Information Systems, Digital Business, and Entrepreneurship.
